The indices, and this website, also serve as a component of the community health needs assessment (CHNA) for Bridgeport Hospital, Danbury Hospital, Greenwich Hospital, Norwalk Hospital, St. Vincent’s Medical Center, and Stamford Hospital in Fairfield County, and for Milford Hospital and Yale New Haven Hospital in Greater New Haven.
